Perfect for tea lovers looking to try something different or those new to loose-leaf and not sure where to start, Steepster Select brings a sampling of hand-selected teas to your doorstep every month. Discover new teas sourced from around the world by a wide variety of premium tea companies, and learn about tea culture with every box.
Every month, we hand-select three teas according to a surprise theme, for a total of 2-3 ounces of tea each month (yields approximately 20-30 six-ounce cups). Once we've narrowed down the candidates and tasted the teas, we source the winners from a wide range of premium tea companies, box them up and ship them out around the 20th of each month. In order to receive a specific month's box, you must signup by the last day of the preceeding month (ex: to get the February box signup by January 31).
Each box comes with tasting notes and preparation suggestions from Steepster's community of tea experts, to help you brew the perfect cup.

Born in March 2009, Steepster is an online tea community where people can keep a tea journal (or 'tealog') and share ratings, reviews and tasting notes for the teas they're drinking. Since its launch, Steepster has quickly become the largest community-generated collection of teas and tea information on the Web.

When will I receive my tea box?
Boxes are shipped out around the 20th of each month by standard ground mail. In order to receive a teabox for the month, be sure to subscribe by the last day of the preceeding month.
How much tea do I get?
Approximately 2 to 3 ounces (weight varies depending on the type of tea). This yields about 20 to 30 six-ounce cups.
