When am I billed?
If you signed up for the month to month plan, you will be charged once every month until you choose to cancel. The prepaid plans will charge you once and renew automatically when the term is over. All plans can be cancelled at anytime.
I was charged this month but did not receive my tasting box?
We collect payments the month before the shipments go out, and payments renew after exactly one month from the date you subscribed. So make sure to sign up before the 1st of the month to receive your tasting box the next month. You will receive a box for every month you were charged.
When will I receive my Paleo box?
Boxes are shipped out around 15th of each month by standard ground mail. In order to receive a box for the month, be sure to subscribe before the 1st of the month.
Can I track my order?
You should automatically receive an email from the US Post Office giving you a tracking number around the 15th of every month.
What do I get?
Usually 5 different single serving Paleo foods. Depending on size, it might be 4 or 6 some months.
What if I have food allergies?
Please contact us to indicate any food allergies you may have and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! There is an additional charge for shipping, but we'll ship our boxes everywhere in the world. (Australia has banned imported meat, so Australian boxes will be slightly different every other month or so.)
