When will I receive my coffee?
Your first delivery will be shipped out shortly after you order it via standard ground mail. Each subsequent month, your coffee will ship that same day of that you ordered (or close to it).
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes. If this is your only mailing address, please contact us and we can try and work out something.
Can I change my coffee blend and/or grind after ordering?
Yes! If you ever want to change your selection, log into your account and change your Membership Options. The change will go into effect for your next delivery.
What if there is a some sort of problem with the coffee?
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact us via email for a product replacement.
